PCI DSS: This is how XXImo keeps your data secure

Keeping your data and transactions secure, is a responsibility we take very seriously. As does Visa, one of the companies that created the standard for secure payments: PCI DSS.
Ongoing compliance with PCI DSS is critical to maintaining a strong defense against compromises of cardholder data. It is considered the best way to safeguard sensitive data and information. With great pride, we inform you that XXImo has been recertified for PCI DSS and is, again, acknowledged as a valued service provider on Visa’s Global Registry of Service Providers (the Registry).

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards formed in 2004 as an initiative of all major payment providers - Visa, MasterCard, Discover Financial Services, JCB International and American Express. The PCI DSS standards are put in place to ensure credit and debit card transactions are secure and protected against data theft and fraud.
Any business that processes credit or debit card transactions is required to comply with these standards. XXImo processes payments from your Mobility Card and is therefor required to demonstrate compliance with PCI DSS, yearly. On 30th November 2022, XXImo was recertified for the coming year.
